A brief history of Tulskie Engineering and Consulting Services.

The president and owner, Barbara Tulskie has been working as an engineer for 18 years. TEC is a woman-owned small business, and was founded to provide engineering solutions to complex problems. Much of the engineering work in large companies is contracted out to smaller, more specialized firms. TEC is set up to be such a firm. Outsourcing, which is also prevalent in large companies, is due to several factors. Many large companies are downsizing, which reduces the staff of qualified individuals. In addition, the turnover of employees in large companies is great. This tends to further reduce the number of qualified workers.

TEC is filling these voids. The staff is small, but highly trained. We value the need for professional registration as a means of accountability. We are currently licensed in Pennsylvania, Maryland and Connecticut. We deliver great value for a fair price.

TEC is not only prepared to perform engineering tasks, we are also geared up to provide internet services. These services range from basic internet training, to homepage development and maintenance.
